Manage internal operational costs and resources in order to achieve budgeting results and other financial criteria including PBIT, NWC (Net Working Capital), Execute of all operational activities to ensure compliance with legal, health, safety and other regulatory requirements which govern the business operations. Engage, lead and develop operations team members. Manage and implement performance management-, succession, transformation, remuneration and retention strategies. Coach, mentor and counsel direct reports towards continuous performance improvement and execution of the leadership promise. Facilitate support and ensure the continuous improvement in cross functional relationships. Develop business continuity-, asset protection and fraudulent activity elimination tools and plans. Ensure optimal utilization of assets and resources to achieve and exceed target hurdle rates. Conduct reviews and audits to determine the extent of adherence issues and ensure action plans are in place to address any gaps. Monitor overall performance against key performance indicators and ensure continuous improvement in performance through performance management and innovation. Manage and build the company brand through employee conduct, vehicle aesthetics and customer interaction. Exceed contractual service levels through the development of bow-tie relationships with clients, attendance of steering committees and understand, support and influence the customer strategy and management of suppliers with the aim to build mutually beneficial relationships. Compile, analyse and present monthly reports with recommended value adding initiatives. Identify, facilitate and promote corporate social investment projects in line with company plans and policies. Identify and participate in the evaluation of opportunities for business growth through analysis of commercial modelFacilitating continuous performance improvement against operational key performance indicators through continuous alignment of actual performance to targets through the formal performance management process and Smartcoms. Implementing and facilitating innovative action steps to address underperformance against KPIs.
