The Social Media Coordinator engages with customers on social media and assist with event management. Online community management, including distributing and / or responding to customer queries on Facebook, Twitter, Hello Peter, Google Reviews, and similar platforms within 2-3 hours.Publishing of local content across all social media channels.Setting up and running weekly or monthly customer engagement reports for management.Assisting the Regional Marketing Coordinator with activations, events, and local sponsorships between Tuesdays Saturdays.
