Administrator Customer Care (Fixed-Term)
Core purpose of the role Administrator: Customer Care will be responsible to monitor and oversee stock in bond process of all vehicles SMD receive and to provide services to suppliers, branches, and internal departments to ensure that documents are received timeously. Key deliverables and outputs Process Improve vehicle TAT on SIB (Stock in Bond) by working with Suppliers in order to lower TAT Ensure SIB (Stock in Bond) follow ups are below 50 by sending a list to all Suppliers on a weekly basis, making them aware of the vehicles over 60 days. Working on Stock in Bond to ensure that the vehicles do not remain in our yards longer than 60 days Assisting suppliers in resolving all vehicles longer than 60 days in the yards Handling SIB queries received in the Client Liaison mailbox Customer Establish and maintain healthy relations with internal and external customers Assist suppliers, branches, clients and other departments within the Company concerning SIB queries on a daily basis Reporting Compile and report on SIB (Stock in Bond) Stats and send stats to suppliers as requested from Suppliers Internal customers Inter-departments and Branches (Operations) External stakeholders Suppliers, Clients/Customers
