The positions became vacant due to transfer Recover monthly subscriptions and arrears through various channels and according to the set procedures, scheme rules and legal requirements.Allocate payments according to set procedures by applicable due dates.Investigate enquiries and give written and/or telephonic feedback to internal and/or external clients in a professional manner.Compile proposals for merit cases with well-reasoned recommendations based on facts, policies, the Schemes Rules, office directives and the Medical Schemes Act.Investigate system reports and exceptions lists according to set procedures.Liaise with corporate groups (telephonic, written or visits).Manage suspense accounts.Update relevant details of members and corporate groups.Perform quality control and revision assessments by means of sampling work outputs by other Officers in the division.Manage work, reporting and feedback:Perform tasks within contracted turnaround times and according to the Quality Control and Revision Policy and Medihelps Policy on electronic and mass communication.Ensure all tasks are completed by the set/agreed due dates & timesDaily/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly due dates applicableCompile performance feedback reports per individual in respect of quality controlCompletion of statistics (SIC).Take part in the member retention campaign by telephonically contacting who are scheduled for termination of membership due to arrear subscriptions.
