Teams Leader Operations
Operations is responsible for the effective management and control of the roles, functions, and processes in the Operations Department. Coordinate the identification of projects for consideration within the Region. Contribute operational information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Develop operational systems by determining workflow process within the project, and between teams. Manage and report to the Growth Manager on budget items in accordance with approved projects, or out of budget expenses. Monthly expense on charging review from Branch to Herotel NSO per project. Stock procurement process quotes, purchases orders, invoices, etc. Staff administration oversight on salaries and wages and cost allocation per project.
