Work DescriptionThe Community Engagement Officer is responsible for managing the recruitment and retention strategy for all site trials that include meeting sponsor set targets, stakeholder engagement and the promotion of trials in the community.Technical Work ResponsibilitiesApply knowledge and understanding of the disease under studyFavourable Stakeholder engagement Community engagement and educationCoordination and participation in recruitment and retention activitiesFacilitate and participate in community engagement activitiesManage outreach staffData capturing, reporting and record keepingCommunication with sponsor representatives and senior site management
