Technical Work ResponsibilitiesGuide and support DOH Nursing staff implementing DS-TB and DR-TBPerform Clinical AuditsDocument Lessons Learnt for future improvement of ProgrammeReview reporting documents for accuracy and completenessConduct monthly file audits and Data Quality AssessmentsImplement, support and manage Quality Improvement initiatives and provide technical assistanceDevelop Quality Improvement PlansConduct skills assessment for staff working in all health facilities and Community Based ServicesConduct Weekly Facility visits to provide in-service training in all health facilitiesConduct weekly/monthly mentoring to staff that received trainingConduct bi-weekly support visits to district hospitalsEnsure adherence to Guidelines and Best PracticeKeep up to date with developments
