Manages and maintains the organization's social media presence in line with the overall marketing strategy, attracting and interacting with targeted virtual communities and networks users. Digital Marketing Plan ExecutionDevelops digital marketing strategy, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.Interchangeably, work with agencies and self-develop content for the overall growth of SA Distributions digital platforms and its associated audiencesExecute several aspects of digital marketing operations, such as planning digital marketing campaigns, creating concepts and contents, setting audiences and value propositions, and integrating digital channels. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals Content Strategy and ExecutionPlans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising content and messages.Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.Plans and creates content and messages on website. Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports and analytics regularly.Fix any error in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts.Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.Customer Experiences ImplementationUtilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
