PURPOSE OF THE JOBManage the department in the form of providing accurate financial information by keeping account of Store sales and expenditure in order to identify non and short banking. In addition to that management of the Insurance portfolio for PEP. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of Stores Banking and Insurance functionsManage team to ensure delivery on Non banking and underbankingInvestigate, communicate and resolve all banking anomalies / queriesOptimizes financial processes, systems and methodologies in accordance with best practices and Peps cost-effectiveness requirementsFacilitate, plan and monitor actual performance against plans, standards and SLAsResponsibility for banking and Insurance budgetsAnalyse and accrue for monthly sales, bank charges; insurance and finance costsManage Insurance portfolio, including claims/incidentsManage relationships with various stakeholders
