Assist the Procurement Manager with improving contract coverage and achieving commercial savings. MAIN ROLE OUTCOMES:Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costingWork with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance, on a continuous basis.Contract Management and AdministrationCompile contracts and ensuring that all requirements are met and that value is gainedManage the administration and negotiation of renewal of all contracts and issue amendments to contracts where requiredManage, review and update contract databaseEnsure the scanning, electronic storing, safe keeping and archiving of all signed contractsEffectively manage the end-to-end procurement processes of the organisation while adhering strictly to procurement processes to ensure a fair and transparent procurement process.Data Analysis and effective market analysisEnablement of the strategic sourcing functionMaintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a regular basisAdministration and reporting as necessary
