Effectively manage and develop RTC customers in order to drive the right sales mix while delivering NSV targets for both Libra and Diageo Drive data visibility and availability for all customers purchasing from RTMP partners Outlet Call Ratio RTC Rep calling on outlets in the rural areas will complete 8 sales calls on a daily basis from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays 2 sales calls; RTC Rep calling on outlets in the urban areas will complete 9 sales calls on a daily basis from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays 2 sales calls. RTC Rep must complete / conduct the 11 steps of a call for each call per outlet. Complete KPI (Key Performance Indicator) when calling on an outlet. RTC will gather all back door purchase data for all RTMP partners.Database Urban RTC Rep is responsible to build a complete outlet database of 30 outlets Rural RTC Rep is responsible to build a complete outlet database of 30 outletsIn Trade Asset Management: RTC Rep is responsible to report and verify all assets on database any report any movement / repairs of assets. Asset accountability taking care of company assets internal and externalConfirmation / Selling The RTC Rep must negotiate floor space / price compliance / discount / deliveries / data management with RTMP and top Tier outlets. In confirming the arrangement and stock availability, additional sales are generated by negotiating additional sign writing or murals that requires additional stock.Responsibilities Management and achievement of sales volume, NSV targets and KPI targetsDirectors: MMT Coetzee, SJ Sibaca COMP NO: 2018/058413/07 VAT NO: 4530 223 157 Drive the highest standards of executional excellence through perfect store activation and category management Implement sales driver activities (will focus on quality, distribution, visibility & price) Deliver monthly data from RTMP to Libra on all Main market customers purchasing Diageo stock. Maintain RSP (Recommended Selling Price ) in the outlet Set up POS (Point of Sale) in the outlet Generate / motivate sales based on sales trends Educate Outlet owners on current products and potentialproducts Determine stock levels in Outlets (Stock count and rotation ofstock in Outlet) Identify potential / new outlets and sign on. Report on trade risks e.g. stock close to expiry Ensure that deadlines are adhered to Prioritize tasks / activities Maintain Customer / outlets satisfaction Execute promotion as per requirement and needs
