ROLE SUMMARYSupport the Technical Department in administrative activities to ensure accurate technicalreporting.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Process and receive job cards for technical equipment repairs from relevant suppliers andcompare these against the machine registry.Receive final invoices from the relevant supplier.Submit approved invoices to the creditors department for payment.Act as a liaison between the creditors department and the relevant supplier by resolvingall queries timeously.Monitor accounts on a monthly basis to determine unjust spending trends in order to takecorrective action.Provide telephonic support to units regarding best practices and technical policies andprocedures.Liaise with pathology laboratories regarding anomalies of water test conducted in the unitsReceive unit summary report, reconcile with Technical Equipment Asset Managementregister and update accordingly.Compile and maintain the technical equipment repairs register.Receive and update the repair and maintenance general ledger from finance. Comparerepair and maintenance accrual vs. actual spend and submit to National TechnicalManager.Collect and collate quarterly TTS test data from the units and calculate the National TTSscore.Maintain reporting templates including but not limited to the Machine Registries and UnitSummary Report.Receive and collate data biannually from RO chemical tests conducted in the units.Assist National Technical Manager with data mining when compiling the annual technicalbudget.Maintain PPT assignment stock levels and distribute nationally.Assume responsibility for own personal and professional developmentKeep up to date with National Renal Cares evolving policies and proceduresActively participate in social responsibility programs.Any ad-hoc duties as and when required.HOW TO APPLY:Please upload your CV onto Skillsmap.
