Job purposeEstablish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, for the Office, Industrial & Retails sectors, focusing on corporate structure, personal relationships with key decision makers, clients business strategy and offering a Property Consultant professional service amongst other things.Duties and responsibilitiesEstablish and maintain relationships with the potential and existing clients, in respect of the Retail, Office and Industrial Sectors, focusing on:ocorporate structureopersonal relationships with C Suiteoclients business strategyooffering a property consultant professional serviceooffering Growthpoint as a preferred property partnerooffering Growthpoints services and space as a solution, in major metropolitan nodes, in respect of all 3 sectorsoreferring any clients that lease in one sector to lease in the other sector(s) to the relevant other sector(s)Enhance relationships with clients leasing space across portfolios and sectors and establish the lease expiring profile of leases with other landlords with the objective of offering our space at lease expiry in collaboration with the appropriate internal colleague Identify, target and establish relationships with large users of space, that our not Growthpoint tenants, with the objective of offering our services and spaceAssist the Marketing Department in formulating a marketing strategy for each sector and assist with the implementation nationallyFormulate a tenant retention policy and implement it nationallyImplement the CRM Software Programme, in conjunction with the IT and implement it nationally with the following objectives:build up a profile of our clients;record all contact with our clientsrecord all enquiries to enable us todo research in respect of demandhave a data base of clients lease expires (keen to lease from Growthpoint upon lease expiry with another landlord)this platform should be across retail, office and industrialLiaise with the Marketing Department to redesign and constantly update our website focusing on:DevelopmentsPrevious successful developmentsCurrent developmentsFuture developmentsSectional Title Units for SaleProperties for SaleBulk in hand VacanciesLocation, building, unique selling pointsFloor-plans proposed space planning, architects perspectiveProposed lease termsAssist Marketing Department in producing electronic newsletter for existing tenants, potential tenants/purchasers and brokers, focusing on:Industry educational mattersRefurbishments/re-developments/developmentsSustainabilityServices offeredVacanciesProperties for SaleAchievementsStaffTo assist in the implementation of possible future Apps such as:Vacancy AppOffer AppQuoin OnlineFormulate, in consultation with the Marketing Department, a comprehensive client entertainment policy and implement it nationally. Facilitate on a regular basis opportunity for Directors, Head of Asset Management, Asset Managers and Heads of Development to meet our clientsCollaborate with appropriate colleagues to formulate regular reports to tenants.
