Research and Special Projects Coordinator
The Research and Special Projects Coordinator will act as the primary coordinator for PEPFAR led surveillance and research protocols, beginning with CADRE and Urine TDF. The projects are done in conjunction with MoHSS and are part of various activities to enhance HIV and TB epidemic control. This position involves multiple projects and affords the successful candidate with the ability to be exposed to various new techniques and work. Computer literate (MS applications, Laboratory Information System, etc). Should be able to write and speak English, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, project management skills (added advantage), deductive reasoning abilities, problem solving skills, planning ability, coordination and time management skills, analytical skills, good judgement and decision-making ability.Personality traits: Assertive, emotionally mature, able to work under pressure and independently, flexible, meticulous.
