The Marketing Administrator role is responsible for providing support to the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and related stakeholders across the business.The incumbent will be required to provide support in the development, co-ordination and execution of various activities and projects for internal/external brand, marketing and communications purposes. Strategic Initiatives Be a brand ambassador at all times. Ensure that sales targets are reached through effective campaigns and activations.2. Coordinate BMC team activities Assist with briefing agency where necessary, monitoring CLA and providing creative input. Assist with merchandising requirements within the organisation, including branches. Assist with all distributions internally and work with a courier company to distribute to the branches. Assist with planning and execution of various activities, production of any related communications material (posters, CLAs, etc.) and internal marketing campaign design and execution. Assist in the implementation of Bayport events and activations.Operational Support Assist the BMC team and other key stakeholders with the coordination and implementation of various Bayport activations, financial wellness days, on-site representation and other events. Assist the BMC Sales Channel Specialist with the implementation of effective activations and other events to support all sales channels. Assist with the daily tracking of marketing expenses. Assist with the distribution of merchandising requirements specific to various employer activities, including branches internally (and externally when required) working with the courier company to distribute timeously. Compile monthly reports on available stock to ensure stock is kept at the correct levels. General marketing admin, ie filing, reports, expense claims, archiving final artwork (images and/or video files from campaigns) onto the hard drive (portable transfer), managing stationery orders, reordering of toner cartridges, managing stock room and general supplies management.4. Stakeholder Engagement Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Share insights from marketing campaign reports with the BMC team and key stakeholders. Liaise with key stakeholders to provide a support role in the development, coordination and execution of various activities and projects for internal/external brand, marketing and communications.
