Robotics and Process Automation Manager

To identify opportunities, develop and implement solutions that will deliver the Letshego Digital First strategy, improve company operational performance, and develop the necessary capacity and competencies across the Group for continuous automation improvement, rapid delivery and long-term sustainability. Establish all necessary governance policies, processes, procedures and standards for successful group-wide automation and best-in-class approach to solutions delivery. Working knowledge of a programming language. Knowledge of robotics delivery, development and solution architecture.Knowledge of systems associated with automation solution integration and management.Strong experience in leading end-to-end RPA implementation projects.Solid knowledge in process documentation and assessment, RPA strategy and technical concepts.Knowledge of Financial Services business and operations processes.Working knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies and principles.
