A leading company in Corporate Industry is looking to employ an Intern for their branch in Sandton KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS Understanding Group Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions objectives and function Supporting objectives through learning key deliverables and facilitating execution of these Support design and streamlining of functional administrative processes Track key strategic project costs Maintain administrative universe for Strategy, M&A function including critical data; supplier contracts and invoices; payment schedule Support Barloworld strategy deployment and governance processes Liaise with key suppliers within Strategy, M&A function Support daily administrative tasks Perform Due Diligence report for vetting of new suppliers Assist with departmental queries Perform ad-hoc functions and any other activities as requested by senior operations manager Support Budget and Forecasting Process Perform month-end processing and monthly divisional and departmental cost allocations Perform monthly variance analysis Load purchase requisitions and orders on Sage X3 system Load invoices on Laserfiche system Facilitate monthly payment process (recurring and ad hoc) Respond to role specific departmental queries
