ROLE SUMMARYThe Operational Home Therapies Program Manager will be responsible for overseeingoverall operations of home and peritoneal dialysis programs from a financial, technical,regulatory, personnel, business management and growth perspective in accordance withCompany goals.COMPETENCIESCoachingCaringBuilding a Successful teamRespect for others & Diversity ManagementInfluencing othersCollaborationEffective CommunicationAdaptabilityGood JudgementOrganisational UnderstandingDeveloping othersBuilding TrustKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Ensure growth of the business through marketing, communication and education ofstakeholders on an on - going basis.Responsible for coordinating improved quality nursing care by ensuring compliance toprofessional and ethical practice.Ensure optimal patient care in line with NRCs policies & procedures, best care practicesand quality initiatives.Achieve program target goals for patient outcomes in accordance with quality patient careand Company goals.Responsible for coordinating capacity building, mentoring and training of all employeesunder his/her control.Communicate with regional Operational management teams on a consistent basisregarding the status of each home and peritoneal dialysis program in each region.Develop referral source relationships and oversee all marketing efforts.Ensure that all financial policies and procedures are adhered to i.e. patient and programadministration, CAPEX, equipment, budget planning, stock, waste, etc.Ensure effective staff care by compliance to HR and payroll policies and procedures inmanaging staff, staffing and related issues daily in the business.Demonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.HOW TO APPLY:Please upload your CV onto Skillsmap.
