To take responsibility for the coordination and management of the infrastructure, resources and specific administration activities necessary in order to effectively run the academy. In addition, to provide an overall and high level of support to the Campus Manager of the Academy and the Head of Department. Provide and complete overall administration activities and management of the Academy Office in an effective and efficient manner.Provide overall high level administrative and secretarial support to the Campus Manager and additional administrative support to the Financial Manager, Head of Department and academic staff, as and when required.Support the co-ordination of events for the Academy such as career open days, graduation ceremony and the likes.Coordinate and manage diaries and telephone, including updating the telephone directory, as and when necessary.Support the Campus Manager in the execution of the key initiatives related to Academy activities including report writing and document control.Compile and maintain key information and records according to company requirements.Maintain an accurate filing system of all correspondence and documentation and ensure that they are easily accessible and available when required.
