The following positions have become available as part of the various projects currently being run by us and you are welcome to apply should you meet the requirements of the position. PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The Counsellor Supervisor will be responsible for managing Facility Based Counsellors within the West Coast District. YOUR JOB WILL BE TO: Primarily revolve around the general management of the Counsellors, which include, but are not limited to:Providing and demonstrating task instructions.Managing timesheets and leave.Measuring key performance indicators and targets. Provide training, coaching and mentoring. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review your teams performance. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous Supervisor experience would be a plus.
