This position exists to provide a risk management service to ensure that safety objectives are met at sites. To effectively manage Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality related risks in the area of responsibility. Policy, Targets, Objectives & GoalsResponsible for supporting the GM/GG in the elaboration, updating and application of the Internal Regulation of order, hygiene and safety of the Company (RIOHS).Ensure that the current policies are displayed at all areas of the operation and communicated to all employees and contractors. Ensure good company and client communication.Comply with the objectives, goals and targets set by the company.Legal Aspects/Requirements Ensure FA company practices, comply with legal, Country Legalisations and other requirements falling in the risk management domain.Give on-going report on legislative and other amendments relevant to the risk domain and comply as required. Ensure submissions of applicable statutory documents.Ensure that all employees are made aware of the latest legislative requirements.Risk AssessmentEnsure that the necessary risk assessments and action plans are compiled, maintained and reviewed where needed. Responsible for the Process Map and Risk Matrix.Assist and advise operational staff in meeting requirements of the risk management process.Conduct risk awareness sessions in each audit area and ensure proper communication and compliance.Monitoring and Evaluation Compile the necessary planning documents to effectively execute job requirements posed by the risk management domain.Lead, manage and / or implement an Emergency Plan, with the aim of preventing accidents resulting from an emergency that may exist in the offices and / or workshops.Regularly perform risk audits according to company requirements.Reporting, Recording and/or Review Establish guidelines, advice and support in the correct application of communication systems in case of accidents and corresponding attention.Lead, manage and review a correct investigation of accidents, incidents, in order to comply with legal and internal requirements, detect the basic causes, so that they do not become repetitive.Submit monthly reports as required.Incident notification must be complete with shift and sent to SHEQ Manager and Site owner.Training Form part of the training initiatives of the company to improve employees understanding of the risk management systems and topics relating to Safety, Occupational Health and Environment.Ensure the process of Induction of New or Relocated Personnel (DS N 40, Art. 21).Special ProjectsEstablish a Project Plan and provide ongoing feedback to management for each project.Review the project at the end of the project to ensure continual approval.
