Finance and Admin Manager (Maternity Cover)
To manage the financial and administration function of acute hospitals and property companies that fall within the Clinix Health Group, in line with relevant standards and within corporate governance protocols. To support hospital operational objectives and the Group strategic objectives. Ensure that financial information produced is accurate and complete.Prepare monthly reconciliations.Manage all financial reporting including budgeting and forecasting in accordance with standard accounting practices.Analyze, prepare, report and advise on hospital financial performance.Ensure proper approval processes are followed for standard journal entries.Preparation of tax computations.Preparation of annual financial statements.Submit monthly VAT computations/calculations timeously for filing and payment. Review Payroll and identify any unusual variances. Preparing for and managing the external audit process.Creditors and Debtors management.Asset Management.Implementing and maintaining key internal controls to manage risk within the Group.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as it relates to the hospitals.Provide financial support to Hospital Managers and other business units through the preparation and analysis of financial information. Ensuring strict adherence to reporting deadlines.Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
