The Incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations at the branch, ensuring quality operations related to sales, approval and disbursement of loans. 1.Critical Deliverables /Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities1.1.Formulates and aligns the branch business strategy to the Country's strategic plan.1.2.Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day running of all branch operations, including managing operational risk and credit risk.1.3.Ensures all internal policies, standards and procedures are adhered to by all branch staff.1.4.Ensures the achievement of the Country's budgets, portfolio targets and strategic plans1.5.Recommend developing operational policies, procedures, and products and services according to market requirements; stay up to date on relevant market developments and trends.1.6.Ensure world class customer service.1.7.Prepares and submits monthly pay-outs reports to Head Office for budgeting monitoring.1.8.Maintain a positive relationship with relevant stakeholders.2.Key Performance Indicators2.1.Excellent Customer Service2.2.Net Pay-outs2.3.Adherence to controls policies and procedures
