Administrative Assistant tasks include providing support to our Managers and Employees, assisting indaily office needs and managing our companys general administrative activities. Offers supportto their Direct Manager not the company as a whole Develop and/or maintain a filing system. Maintain office policies and procedures (HR related activities such asloading approved leave on Sage). Maintain contact lists. Book and make travel arrangements. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Answer and direct phone calls. Organize and schedule appointments. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient. Resolve administrative problems. Any Adhoc tasks as required by their manager (reporting, admin or personalassistant tasks).
