BDO South Africa has vacancies for Junior Managers to join our Financial Services Technology Division in our Johannesburg and Cape Town Offices. The primary purpose of the Junior Manager: Digital Assurance is to assist the Head of Financial Services Technology at BDO and Senior Manager: Digital Assurance with running project engagements in the digital audit (external and internal) and digital consulting areas of the Financial Services Digital division, based out of Johannesburg. This role is in the digital space and will involve taking responsibility for the planning and execution / delivery of engagements, leading project / audit teams to achieve this and building / maintaining client relationships while delivering on this. Main Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with the FS Digital team to identify and manage dependencies between teams and between digital productsManagement with the day-to-day operations of the Financial Services Digital unit, which includes planning and execution / delivery of engagements, leading project / audit teams to achieve this and building / maintaining client relationships while delivering on thisBuild and deliver digital products (customised and standardised), through the digital lifecycleCreating content and collaborating as part of the overall digital proposal processProvide training on digital products, both internally and externallyAssist with the roll-out of digital products, both locally and globally Assist to develop learning and development (educational) materials to increase digital fitness of all BDO client-facing teamsOperationalise the innovation processShadowing and executing based on the mandate from senior team membersPerformance management of juniors on their digital development goals and responsibilities Provide input into the digital delivery modelMonitor delivery (quality and timeliness)Integrate with people change team and operationalise their recommendations into the overall digital solutions process. Contribute to the delivery of the overall communication plan and proactive managing stakeholders
