SBV Currently seeks a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of SBV solutions in support of business objectives and ongoing operations through the management of multiple and more complex projects within SBV. Evaluate performance.A senior PM has the skills to know what is expected of a PM and should be able to help evaluate that persons performanceespecially since management often seeks their skills, opinions and recommendations.Identify PM-related training needs.Senior project managers should mentor those around them in aspects of the profession such as leadership, methodology, tools, people skills and navigating politics. But a senior PM should be able to turn around any-size troubled project in his or her industry.Make continuous improvement a priority.Have a solid grasp of basic and many advanced project management principles, along with having experience in successfully applying and advancing those principles. Continuous improvement is a distinctive characteristic of high-level project managers.Drive the organisation culture within ones centreDrive the departments values while inspiring confidence and generating excitement, enthusiasm and commitment towards the mission.Serve as a leader of the culture program driving the desired behaviours and encouraging employee engagementCreate and implement strategies in collaboration with Change Management & HR to evaluate and maintain employee satisfactionDrive Transformation and BBB-EE initiatives to ensure sustainable alignment to the company scorecardProvide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high moraleLead as an Ambassador and executor of ChangeAct as a change management architect in periods of change to ensure continuity to operationsManage the integration of CIT and Processing into a seamless end to end solution for customersEffectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur addressing or escalating matters / concerns to the SMEs (subject matter experts) when requiredFacilitate the necessary presentations, workshops or forums in order to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across ones centre/s
