The Partner Relations Consultant maintains a professional relationship with the partners/clients and ensuring that queries raised by partners are resolved timeously. Providing relevant reports and analysis of relevant data for the channel. Key Task & Accountabilities Maintaining a productive, professional relationships with partners/clients Generate relevant reports and provide necessary analysis as per the requirementsAdministration of policy documentation, claims and client data Facilitating underwriting requirements on existing and new clients Coordinating between business clients and our finance department to ensure accuracy and timely processing and reconciliation on commission statements & premium etcData capturing and ensuring the accuracy of dataAssist in the facilitation of onboarding requirements (i.e., data clean up)Resolve and respond to partner issues (in coordination with relationship manager) Assist with research and drafting of presentations for prospective business ventures etc (in coordination with relationship manager)Assist with screening new clients at take on stage and at regular intervals to adhere to regulatory guidelines against money laundering and organised crime and ensure partner compliance with signed partner agreementsCompiling due diligence documentation for compliance sign off for new intermediaries (in coordination with governance consultant and relationship manager)Project planning and seeing them through completionPerformance Measures Meets assigned expectations for profitabilityMaintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standardsProficient in relevant computer applications (Excel, Word)Knowledge of customer service principlesExtensive knowledge of department processes and systems
