We are focused on research, support and implementing integrated approaches to managing TB and HIV. The following positions have become available as part of the various projects currently being run by us and you are welcome to apply should you meet the requirements of the position. Work Description: The Scientist is responsible for performing laboratory assays or protocol such as PBMC processing, virus neutralization, ELISPOT and flow cytometry assays according to laboratory SOPs, as well as for Research Publications, capacity building and to search for Funding opportunities and thereby secure the relevant GrantsTechnical Work Responsibilities:Technical Support on Aurum Biomedical Research LaboratoryAurum representative at External ForumsProposal developmentSecure GrantsResearch protocolRead, analyse and interpret the most complex Documents and write Research Publications in line with scientific research standardsRespond effectively to inquiries or complaintsPresent data at internal or external meetingsMake effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to Top Management, Public Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situationsEnsure compliance and application of SOPsPerform quality checks as well as run IQC and EQA as per SOPs
