Departmental Head: Client Services - Polokwane (C2)
The above-mentioned position exists at the Polokwane Client Services branch and will report duely to the Area Manager: Insurance Polokwane and Administrative Head: Policy Services Administration. The incumbent will be responsible for resolving walk-in clients queries by managing the AVBOB Client Service Centre and liaising with the relevant role players towards achievement of set objectives and targets within the department. Monitor financial and administrative tasks such as cash collection, daily reconciliation and banking Managing all aspects of personnel management and administration such as time management, training and development, employee relations, performance management and wellness of subordinates Ensure customers policy requests and related transactions are dealt with in accordance with policy and procedures Adhere to all regulatory requirements such as FSCA, Data Protection Act, Money Laundering regulations, TCF and the Groups policies and procedures Liaison with peers, seniors and policy holders Monitor Que-Management and Net Promoter Score Ensure effective system maintenance and reporting any discrepancies Giving feedback on all production activities Identify and assess possible and potential risks and implement corrective measures Report on risk, FICA and ASISA Analyse and compile statistics in terms of New Business, Claims, Premium Administration, Policy Services, Debtors, Marketing, Group Schemes and Funeral Services
