RFID Experts Africa is currently seeking a Technical Supporter to join their team. The Technical Supporter will be responsible for the assembly and production of electronic components from various suites of products. They will also be responsible for the quality assurance of the various electronic components and assuring the correct functioning of the products when assembly is completed. Furthermore, they will also be required to provide frontline support to client queries as they pertain to the use of RFID Experts Africa hardware and software products when obstacles are encountered. QUALIFICATIONS/ TRAINING:Matric with programmingMinimum 3 years work experienceTraining in electronic assembly and troubleshootingKnowledge of electrical wiring conventions and standardsExperience with electronics (wiring, soldering, programming)Competency in providing customer supportJOB REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of animals and the Agricultural environment Knowledge of electrical wiring conventions and standardsExperience with electronics (wiring, soldering, programming)Competency in providing customer supportFully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Valid drivers licenceTraveling and installation at client premises throughout South Africa KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Electronic assemblyUnderstanding of circuitry and electronicsWriting diagramsSchematic diagramsMicrosoft officeIT/Coding knowledge. SQL Programming and database manipulation. Control systems.Basic radio frequency identification (RFID) knowledge.
