District Manager - C2

The above-mentioned position exists at the East London office and will report to the Area Manager: East London Life office. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the effective management of a team of Insurance representatives in order to achieve business objectives:District Manager C2 (East London) RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Recruit high quality representatives timeously and accuratelyEnsure that appointed representatives are adequately trainedManage a team of insurance representatives optimallyEnsure that the set insurance sales targets are reachedEnsure and monitor compliance with respect to FAIS/FICA/LTIA and all other relevant legislationRisk managementDevelop and expand markets
