Assist in preparing reports and logistics for planned activities such as meetings, workshops, and training. Assist in procurement, maintenance, and stock management of supplies and equipment for office use and project activities. Assist in travel arrangements, including booking air tickets, hotels, rental cars, etc. for project activities. Assist in communication among the company experts, the Counterparts (the MOH, 2 the Provincial and District counterparts), mainly on administrative and accounting work. Assist in public relations and publications. Comply with the guidelines provided by the company experts for the management of documents.Interpret/translate English to Portuguese and vice versa whenever deemed necessary for effective communications. Perform any other official duties requested by the company experts.
