We are looking for a well qualified and experienced as a Business Improvement Specialist in Moma Nampula province 1.Continuous Improvement Best PracticeEnsure an understanding of the company strategic priorities, goals and objectivesIdentify, recommend and implement improvements to optimise the capacity of the business to improve; Analyze processes for efficiency gains and waste elimination;Implement new technology/processes to drive continuous improvement;Support all plants in achieving their continuous improvement goals;Maintain tracking and reporting of projects;Lead change towards operational excellence, and assist in the continual improvement of the system, process and product;Demonstrate successful application of new methodologies.Provide leadership / mentoring / training to all levels of the operation on the use and practice of Lean methodology and toolsSupport plant operations management in the development, planning and execution of a Lean strategy and metricsProvide support to process owners in order to clearly link project metrics to strategic operational objectives using Business Process Management principles.Plan and assist in the execution of various Lean transformation events and projects targeted towards improving the plant's performance on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Focus on business performance improvements that yield zero accidents, defect free products, on demand and on time delivery, at the lowest cost by partnering with the plant's process owners and champions to drive results.Focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share via the use of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.Act as a key driver of change within the plant, supporting management/cross functional decisions by communicating the plant-wide changes to employees and helping them to learn, understand, adjust and grow with the business's Lean transformation.Plan and facilitate kaizen activities on the shop floor and in administrative offices as needed to support value stream improvement plans.2.Coordinated ProjectsManage a robust review process for selecting, scoping and prioritizing continuous improvement initiatives.Make documented proposals for process and procedure improvements and communicates with management and leadership team on implementation of changes. Collaborate with Production in identifying root cause in deviations, non-conformances and negative trends. Tracks, measures, and reports progress on improvements using standard, established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Assists with enhancing quality management systems focusing on customer satisfaction, business process standardization, reliability and effectiveness. Influences site leadership in the transformation in support of a continuous improvement culture Create stakeholder feedback capability by establishing forums to liaise on projects, project requirements and the business impact thereofContribute to the competitiveness of company through external networking and benchmarking in industry, international and national forums.
