We seek an experience and seasoned Sales Executive to lead sales for the organization through end-to-end management and ownership of business strategy, sales targets, and people management in order to achieve business goals and targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyse industry landscape and trends, competitor activities and estimate potential of the market, upcoming opportunities and risks.Draw insights from the macro economic trends and sales trends in the industry and identify new and upcoming markets which can provide the organization with a first mover advantage thereby ensuring new avenues for driving revenues.Develop the short, medium and long term sales strategy for the business which is in alignment with the sales and the overall organizational strategy.Define roadmap for customer relationship management, collect feedback from customers and drive the execution of necessary actions as and when required.Receive market intelligence inputs and guide team to prepare action plan to drive sales target achievements and resolve any escalated issues which can hinder achievement of sales plan.Lead the annual sales planning exercise for the business in alignment with the overall sales plan for the EMEA region.Drive initiatives to build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL) to promote company products and build the company brand for better brand awareness, industry connect and facilitating sales growth.Review the collection against sales made and drive action plans to ensure timely collection in adherence to the norms established by the organization.Take feasible product launch decisions, identify distributers and wish list of products in current portfolio.Review and ensure if the pricing model is in alignment with the requisite sales margin, logistic fees and sales strategy. Review and finalize sales budgets and set targets / performance objectives for team members and track adherence by carrying out periodic reviews.Optimize sales cost by tracking spends, setting up innovative and best-in-class sales practices thereby contributing to higher margins for the organization.Ensure that the companys products are listed in key accounts and independent pharmacies, and conduct annual review with doctors in order to gain relevant feedback.Manage field force engagement, training & development, performance vis--vis plan, and employee issues, and take appropriate actions to close gaps if any.Manage team in terms of goal setting, delivery, performance, development, and engagement.
