Project Manager: Strategy Execution - SCS
Core purpose of the roleThe main purpose of the job is to ensure project management execution, implementation of business unit strategy, communication and engagement with stakeholders pre and post internal and external management committee meetings including management and customer presentations, research analysis and interpretation of group performance indicators and external markets trends. Key deliverables and out puts 1.Assist the Chief Executive in the execution of the strategic objective (value creation and maximising shareholder value)2.Assist CE in the implementation of key projects from the chief executives office3.Research analysis and interpretation of business unit performance indicators and external markets trends4.Ensure that decision taken from the engagements with stakeholder are implemented, communicated and continues to yield value5.Analysis and provide input for the Chief Executives internal and external stakeholder meetings. In addition, providing insight on key aspects for the decisions to be taken.6.Representing the CE in select engagements7.Facilitate meetings with business leaders to identify progress against strategic objectives, to identify challenges and to collectively identify action plans8.Facilitate delivery of strategic objectives through operational plans 9.Ensure maximization and creation of shareholder value through the delivery of the strategic objectives10.Ensure that decisions of CE meetings are actioned timeouslyInternal and external customersLogistics Board and Other Group functions Internal stakeholdersExternal stakeholders
