Process Instrumentation Graduate
Purpose:The purpose of this position is to offer an opportunity to utilize and expand your academic background in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering while working with a team of I&C Engineers and Technicians in assisting in troubleshooting, working on PLCs and installing and maintaining wiring.This role reports to the Process Instrumentation Manager. Responsibilities:Perform inspections and fault finding on systems using specializing software as well as MS Office. Assist in power distribution designs and preparations of specifications for the procurement of instrumentation and controls equipment and related installation services.Fault find on circuit boardsWorking on the wiring of panelsPerform routine aspects of assigned projects under close supervision, following established proceduresAssist on the preparations and processing of client-requested data or documents that are compliant with contract terms and client-specific needsTroubleshoot PLCs, Network and Communications and make PLC logic changes as required to simplify and standardize like processesTroubleshoot automated machine controls Working on basic DrivesEnsure safety programs and procedures are followedWork with a team in assessing, recommending, and maintaining preventative maintenance programsBe proactive and show initiative to continuously improve equipment performanceCarry out the prescribed tasks correctlyKey relationships:Electrical and Mechanical DepartmentsMiddle ManagersOperators and SupervisorsExternal Relationships:Service Providers
