ROLE SUMMARYThe incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of financial records, the processing of income and expenditure purchase of goods and services and the undertaking of a range of financial reporting administrative tasks.COMPETENCIESReliability and ResponsibilityApplied LearningOrganisational AwarenessManaging WorkProfessionalismEnergyTechnical ProficiencyAdaptabilityKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Validate and recording all payments.Quality assure documents and stamp according to process.Prepare the reconciliation spreadsheets i.e. Credit card, Petty cash.Recording of Payments on the bank statement.Capturing of Debit orders.Assist Bookkeeper with capturing of Account Payables.Process and record of Journals onto Evolution.Assist Bookkeeper in administration duties.Perform all other administrative duties as and when required.HOW TO APPLY:Please upload your CV onto Skillsmap.
