Key Performance Areas: We require a Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our day spa. Responsibilities include control of Spa reception, taking reservations, maximization of revenue generation, welcoming of clients, recording & control of revenues, stock and asset control, management & supervision of staff, promotion of spa services and overall performance of the Spa. The Spa Manager requires an in depth knowledge of Spa operations and Industry trends as well as having excellent organizational skills.
