ROLE SUMMARYThe incumbent will be responsible for to perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshootingsupport to end-users and customers. Working under supervision, help desk techniciansreceive calls and enquiries; provide support in accordance with processes and documentincidents and remedies. Escalate complex incidents to second level support personnel.Install and configure computers and systems, diagnose hardware and software faults andsolve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
