Core purpose of the role Manage and provide guidance on the full registration process by ensuring that verification on all registration documents received corresponds with schedules from suppliers. Ensure compliance of all registration documents are aligned as per legal requirements to prepare vehicle for sale. Key accountabilities:Operational Process:Liaise with suppliers for authorisation on vehicle code changes.Manage and ensure compliance to the full process of re-directing traffic offences via the SMD agents.Manage and control daily receipt and submissions of all registration documents ready for processing.Manage collection and processing of completed documents from the Licensing Department.Resolve queries which arises from the Licensing Department.Manage the process of change of ownership form submissions.Manage the problem papers turnaround times to improve service delivery.Improve dealer stocking and deregistration turnaround times.Customer Relations:Maintain the highest level of service delivery to all internal and external stakeholders by attending to all enquiries timeously Suppliers and clientsBranches, Finance, Claims, Client Liaison and Call Centre Monitor feedback to customer at all times to improve customer serviceReporting:Analyse the registrations paper process reports to keep track on what is outstanding and what needs to be actioned.Weekly and/or monthly reporting to Senior ManagementStaff Management:Manage and provide direction to staffMentor and guide staffDo quarterly PDs (Performance Reviews) with staff
