Core purpose of the role Monitor and oversee the process from receipt of upliftment instruction from supplier to collect vehicle from vehicle holder, arrangement to collect vehicle, stocking in of vehicle and notification send to supplier. To resolve and sort queries received as far as possible. Development, management and training of staff. Overseeing of the Client Liaison department and processes. Key deliverables and outputs Finance Monitor and manage internal control measures to prevent extra cost on tows or storageEnsure that all required information completed on SMD Operating System for invoicing and payment Resource ManagementEnsure proper distribution of work amongst staffMotivate, mentor, train and discipline staffAssist with prescribed Performance Discussion (PD) process ProcessMonitor upliftment instructions recorded by Administrators (outlook and appointment control sheet)Monitor and ensure that the admin process is adhered to by the Administrators as per Standard Operating ProceduresAuthorize release fees payable to relevant Clients/SuppliersVerify details of cost responsibilities of NORMaintain the data for the panel beatersMonitor "on holds" on a daily basisMonitor vehicles not stocked in on a daily basisVerify all processes are followed before cancelling an appointment as per Standard Operating ProceduresVerify banking details before authorizing EFT paymentsCustomer Establish and maintain healthy customer relations with internal and external customersAssist suppliers, branches, clients and other departments within the Company with regards to specified supplier account queries on a daily basisReportingCompile and report on staff productivity monthlyCompile and report on cost to company monthlyInternal customers Branch employees, inter-departmentsExternal stakeholdersSuppliers, Clients/Customers
