The incumbent is responsible for championing all Talent Management, Change Management and OD related activities in the business. Champion Talent Management InitiativesImplement initiatives to attract and retain talent in the organizationImplement employer branding and positioning projects Design frameworks for employee on-boarding and support implementationConsult with leadership and the organization on initiatives to drive employee effectivenessDevelop methods to ensure that performance management aligns with organizational goalsSupport Organizational ChangeConsult with the business on changes in the organizationFormulate processes and plans to guide organization through changeWork with the relevant departments to support change embed changeEvaluate the impact of organizational change and provide relevant reporting.Maintain Organisation's Job ProfilesUpdate and maintain the database of all job profiles for SACAAMaintain Changes related to Job ProfilesEnsure approval and sign off of all Job profiles for all SACAA DivisionsMaintain Talent Management Administration Keep up to date information related to Talent ConversationsCompile Talent Management ReportsGuide management on Succession planning and Keep records related to Talent Management activities
