Generate and maintain opportunity pipeline and credible business forecasts to meet sales targetsNew Business DevelopmentProactively assess, clarify and validate customer requirementsResponding to customer requests timeously ie leadsTrack and record sales activities on all accounts Attending to customer billing and support queries and ensuring smooth resolutionCo-ordinate cross functional processes to ensure all functions integrate and contribute to customer satisfactionAdhering to defined sales process and quality standardsConsistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targetsParticipate in broader L.I.T strategies and business initiatives in order to generate revenueImplement a detailed sales strategy for all accountsGenerating and following up on customer order formsBuilding and managing internal customer relationshipsObtaining information regarding the customer activity cycle and current telecommunications infrastructure and identifying business opportunities where deemed viableRunning single or bulk feasibilities on potential customersCustomer lifecycle managementDoing customer competitor analysis to improve market penetrationDoing win/loss reviews to improve pricing and product offeringAnalysing market trendsBuild and grow client Relationships to ensure excellent customer experienceUnderstand clients' business and generate new ideas to improve the customers business.
